Nozzles for the REKA hot-spray system TR 80 LCD

Compatible nozzles for the Reka TR 80 LCD hot-spray system make it possible to convert the spray unit also for spiral spray application, dot or line application as well as special application forms. Nozzles and caps for spray application

The scope of delivery of the TR 80 LCD includes the spray nozzle 3051, a spray cap 3088 and a spacer disc 2606 for spinning spray application as well as a spray adapter 2960 (inkl. 2x O-Ring 1237).

When using a spiral spray nozzle, the spacer 2606 is not required. The spray adapter 2960 (incl. 2x O-ring 1237) establishes the connection of the nozzle with the cartridge and is required for each spray application.

Nozzles for simple dot and bead application

If the TR 80 LCD is to be converted from spray application to dot and bead application, a cartridge adapter 2958 is used instead of the spray adapter. This is supplemented with a nozzle which is suitable for the intended application form and application quantity.
